eLegacy Seating Designs works from a single facility in Elkhart, Indiana. Cutting, sewing, embroidery and final assembly happen in the same building, on the same schedule.
Specification
Fabric, color, style, size and features are agreed before anything is cut. Every chair is customized to what the build needs.
CNC Fabric Cutting
Panels are cut on our CNC equipment, giving repeatable geometry run after run — a service we also offer on contract.
Sewing & Embroidery
Diamond stitching, piping and inserts are sewn in-house, and our embroidery machine sets logos and branding into the trim.
Assembly & Function
Frames, bases and power systems come together — recline, slide, leg lift, heat, ventilation and massage — then the seat is finished.
